Refund Policy

We at ‘Q-Service’ offer refunds for our services within the warranty period if it meets with our Terms & Conditions. After warranty period have passed, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. The warranty period will vary based on services.
Terms & Conditions:
• Q-service will responsible for providing services listed in agreement by accepting our offer and an after service ‘Warranty’ period which various depending on specified services.
• ‘Warranty’ includes check-up & maintenance for equipment directly related to service agreement free of charge only for that specific service.
• Any service and product not included or outside of agreement will be charged separately.
• Q-service will not be responsible for any problem or damage of equipment caused by intentional/third party sabotage or abnormal situations.
Refund:
• If the Terms & Conditions are meet then Q-Service will return 50% of our service charge only for that specific service.
• This does not include any products installed/used or any other service charged separately and transport charge applied.
• Product cost is calculated separately and not included within service charge. If customer refuses to agree with product cost, then Q-Service has right to reclaim its products.
