Overview
Family Driver Hire is suitable when a household needs a driver for regular or temporary family transportation using its own vehicle. The driver may be assigned to agreed journeys such as school transportation, shopping, medical appointments, family visits and routine travel. When a driver will regularly transport children, older family members or other dependants, the customer should personally verify the driver information, licence and suitability before assigning responsibility. Clearly agree on duty times, permitted journeys, waiting time and driver charges.
