Custom Service Request

Custom service request is the fallback option when a customer needs a lawful service that does not reasonably match another available Q-Service category or sub-category. The customer should clearly describe the required work, location conditions, expected scope and any relevant item details so an appropriate provider can understand the request. Existing specialized categories should be used whenever they match the work. Provider availability, materials, transport, labour and the final service cost depend on the actual requirement and should be confirmed before the work begins.
